3) Taiwan type 146 gearbox for 45 screw, Taiwan type 180 gearbox for 55 screw
4)driving motors: 15kw 6 poles Siemens motor with 15kw DELTA inverter, 22kw 6 poles Siemens motor with 22kw DELTA inverter
5)barrel cooling and heating: 6 sets of 180w fans for cooling, aluminum Sheaths and stainless steal heating circle for heating

2. Die and air ring:
1)60mm HDPE die with 120mm air ring
2)air ring cooling: 4kw fan with DELTA inverter
3)the die are treated with nitridation, polishing, plating hard chromium

3. Traction unit:
1)1.5kw tration motor with RV 63 reducer and 1.5kw DELTA inverter
2) film stablizing frame: Rotary aluminum tube

4. Winding unit:
1) Independent torque motor, friction center winding
